BEGINNER FAQ
I don't have a dance background. Will I be ok?
Absolutely. MOST students do not have any type of dance background whatsoever. This is not a structured dance class where you use counts. You find your own inner rhythm and moves that suit your body.
Regular workout attire is recommended (e.g., t-shirt, tank top, leggings/capris or shorts. Wear or bring sneakers. Heels are optional.)
Yes. There is FREE parking in front of the studio, on the street, along the sides and back of the building. Do not park in any numbered spaces.
Am I strong enough to do this? It looks hard
Absolutely! We have an incredible beginners program. Everything you learn at this workshop is 100% attainable by all fitness levels. We were all beginners at one time.
